Trion's MMO Rift comes to Origin
Origin gets another big sign-up
Trion Worlds has become the latest publisher to take a chance on EA's new Origin digital platform by adding their hit MMO Rift to the service.
They have also created a special bundle of extra gear for new Rift players who take up their quests across the world of Telara through Origin called the Ascended Gift Pack.
The pack includes a Spirit Woven Backpack with 10 item slots, Essence of Magic and Essence of Health which recovers a small amount of magic and health respectively, Soul Nectar which regenerates a moderate amount of health and magic over 10 seconds and Words of Might which temporarily improves a character's dexterity, strength, intelligence, and wisdom characteristics.
Rift is available on Origin in both the regular edition and the Ashes of History edition at 19.99 GBP and 24.99 GBP respectively. The bonus Ascended Gift Pack will be available for a limited time so it seems like a pretty decent time to try give Rift a try if you haven't already.
