Resident Evil 6 is revealed and dated by Capcom
Chris Redfield and Leon Kennedy to team up
In a bold move Capcom has revealed Resident Evil 6 and announced a release date for the game.
Resident Evil 6 is set 10 years after the Raccoon City incident with the US President poised to reveal the truth about what happened there with Leon Kennedy at his side when the press conference is hit by a bio-terrorist attack.
Chris Redfield is at the same time in China trying to help them fight off similar bio terrorist threats. Chris and Leon join up to help get to the bottom of the attacks and save the world's population from the legacy of the Umbrella Corporation.
Executive producer on RE6, Hiroyuki Kobayashi said: "From the outset the team's intention was to create an experience that delivers a gripping storyline, tense single-player and co-op action all set against a constant theme of horror. We are calling this fusion dramatic horror and are confident it will resonate with both existing fans of the series as well as newcomers."
Resident Evil 6 is set to be released on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC on November the 20th of this year.
