Ahead of what is hinting to be a big E3 for Microsoft, a leaked document has appeared detailing a new update for the Dashboard apparently due for later this month.

The new update, supposedly scheduled for between the 19th of May, will add PayPal support and introduce the new DVD disc format which improves the DVD storage capacity and extra copy protection.

There is also details of a separate update which will arrive on the 27th of May adding the new Avatar allowing Xbox gamers to recreate their Avatars using their Kinect sensor to map their features like the 3DS's Mii creation tools.

Microsoft's only comment was: "We have nothing to announce."
