After all their strategic acquisitions this year including mobile publisher Chillingo sees a bright future for the mobile games market.

EA predicts that this year's mobile games market will reach an impressive value of 3.4 billion USD.

They also reckon that the market will rise from 3.4 billion USD this year to 4.5 billion USD by 2013 which is impressive but still a conservative estimate compared with what analysts are suggesting.

According to Gartner the mobile games market will reach 5.6 billion USD this year and climb to 11.4 billion USD in 2011 while Juniper reckons that 2009 saw the mobile games market reach 6 billion USD and predicts that figure will rise to 11 billion USD by 2015.
